Give the Teacher Recommendation Forms to two current teachers of academic subjects along with enclosed envelopes.

Grades 3 - 6: $12,500 Grades K - 2: $11,500 Prekindergarten:
5 days per week - $10,500 3 days per week - $7,500 2 days per week - $5,500
